It can be daunting to choose a psychiatrist or psychotherapist, especially if this is your first time seeking treatment. The first step is a phone call. We will briefly discuss your concerns, what you are hoping to achieve in treatment, and whether my approach might be a good fit. If so, we will schedule an initial appointment.
